We sincerely appreciate YOU ALL, for your valuable
Time and Effort, to make this event possible.
Our Gratitude to the brilliant Guest Panelists.
Without you, we are unable to have this exceptional event today !
Our deep appreciation to all brothers Vietnam Veterans here,
Americans and Vietnamese soldiers, who served and
who sacrificed,to protect Freedom for people of Vietnam.
We fough the communists there, so they wouldn't come here!
I was part of the boat people fleeing South Vietnam in 1979.
I survived, crossing the huge Pacific Ocean. After Saigon fell,
millions of people suffered and died, from brutal torturing,
harsh laboring, or hunger in the so-called “re-education camps”,
the “new economic zones”.
Now, from North to South, people are still struggling
for survivalunder communism, while the top leaders are
rich millionaires. The Vietnamese government teams-up with the
Chinese Communist Party (the CCP), to rule Vietnam in lawless
violence, brutal oppression, social destruction, cancel culture....etc.
Even though Vietnam is open up for capitalist economy, the entire society is structurally controlled under Maoist-style communism. Currently Saigon is still under Covid lockdown. Terrible! Thousands people died of hunger and illness.
We Vietnamese escaped Vietnam, so blessed, to happily settle in America, enjoying Freedom, becoming proud Citizens of this greatest Nation on earth. "Land of the Free, Home of the Brave".
Before Covid, for 4 years, the Vietnamese community in Spokane joined the Lilac Parade marching downtown with our Freedom Flag, carrying a large banner written: Thank You America, Thank You Vietnam Veterans. God Bless America.
Now we are very nervous, to see America sick, sad, with many liberals & communists, political corruption, open-border policy for illegals and crimes, violence on streets, burning of churches and businesses, destruction of historical statues, CRT teaching as class warfare, and vaccine mandates... Oh God, is this America ?
Are we at war ?
We Love America, we OWE America.

Eric Cunningham is a Professor of History at Gonzaga University. A specialist in modern Japanese intellectual history, he received an MA in modern Japanese literature from the University of Oregon in 1999, and a PhD in History from the same institution in 2004.
Professor Cunningham’s research interests include Japanese intellectual history, Zen Buddhism, Anthroposophy, religion, psychedelia, and postmodernism. He is the author of “Hallucinating the End of History: Nishida, Zen, and the Psychedelic Eschaton”, (2007), and "Zen Past and Present" (2011).
Professor Eric Cunningham lectures and writes on a wide range of topics, including Japanese history, film, Anthroposophy, and spirituality in the age of digital information.

Maoism: Marxism for Asia and the World
Good Afternoon,
The topic of this brief presentation is Maoism—in the context of our conference theme, “How did the Communists Take Over Vietnam?” .
It’s a good question of course, not only because it invites us to ask a few questions about how a manifestly European Industrial Age philosophy took root in several agricultural societies in Asia, but also because it invites us to consider much larger questions about the whether or not Communism, or some post-industrial adaptation of it is presently involved with a project to take over the entire world. So first we should ask:
1) How did Communism come to Asia?
The answers to this will show us how China really opened the door for revolutionary Marxism in Asia, which in turn gave permission for Marxist-oriented internationalists to use China as a base of global revolutionary activity, which includes Korea, and of course, Vietnam? So the burning question of the day—for all of us, not merely those with an interest in Vietnam, is
2) What is the relationship between Communism
and what we call “Deep State” globalism?
First we need to know that despite its 19th century European origins, Marxism is a very adaptable revolutionary ideology. The basic argument of the Marxist theory of history is that History is a class struggle between the Oppressor and the Oppressed.
In Karl Marx’s own day, the Oppressors were the merchant, professional, capital owning class called the Bourgeoisie. The Oppressed were the emerging industrial working class called the Proletariat.
Marx envisioned a final, decisive revolutionary battle between these two classes over what he called the “Means of Production,” which really refers to the way economic wealth is created, and political power is thereby controlled.
When Lenin planned and executed the Russian Revolution (with help from the western bourgeois financial community), the terms of the revolutionary struggle had to be modified, because Russia had neither a powerful bourgeoisie, nor a particularly large proletariat.
So according to Leninism, The Oppressor was modern Bourgeois Europe (and the old remnants of the Russian empire) and the Oppressed was a Bolshevik Party standing in for a non-existent proletariat as the agent of revolution.
You see, it didn’t matter that the historical conditions for a Marxist revolution were not present—what matters is thedesire for revolution, and the ability to name Oppressors and Victims.
As regards the desire for revolution in China, we know that the Qing Dynasty was toppled in 1911, but because it was the result of an army mutiny, there was no government or party ready to replace the imperial institution.
Intellectuals in China were torn as to which direction China should take. Few were eager to continue the Imperial system, and whether or not China should adopt the western Enlightenment model of democratic capitalism was hotly debated.
With the outbreak of the First World War, Chinese leaders became even more suspicious of the western liberalism, arguing that all it seemed to offer the world was economic exploitation, imperialism, injustice, and war. Even Japan, fully westernized, had joined the club of imperialist oppressors and had, during the war, attempted to destroy Chinese sovereignty with the infamous Twenty-One Demands.
Even worse, after the war, the western powers gave Japan Chinese territories that had been colonized by the Germans, and refused to add a Racial Equality Clause to the Versailles peace treaty.
Accordingly, after China reluctantly signed the Treaty of Versailles, student protesters took to the streets to demonstrate against the Treaty—this protest marks the birth of an organized and activist communist party in China.
The professors and journalists who made up the leadership of the party believed that Communism might offer China a Third Way through the dilemma of imperial restoration and modern liberalism.
Mao Zedong, the son of a wealthy peasant family, joined the party as a teenager, and adopted the new formula of Marxist revolution that had been articulated earlier by Li Dazhao, namely that the Oppressor in Chinese communism would be the international community of liberal, economically rich and politically stable nations, and that the Oppressed is simply China itself—specifically the Chinese peasantry.
Mao differed from the early academic Marxists in China in his conviction that the strength of Chinese communism could be found among rural peasants rather than urban workers.
Mao came into his own in 1927 when he began to organize soviet-style communities in his Central China home territory of Hunan Province. An uncompromising revolutionary, Mao systematically re-worked the terms of Marxism to adapt to situation of rural landlords in China. He steadfastly held to his belief in the intrinsic virtue of the Chinese peasant—and the intrinsic evil of the property owners.
“Revolution” Mao said, “is not a Dinner Party, or writing an essay, or painting a picture or doing embroidery; it cannot be so refined, so leisurely and gentle, so temperate, kind, courteous, restrained and magnanimous. A revolution is an insurrection, an act of violence by which one class overthrows another”.
After the Second World War, in which the Chinese Communist Party continued to organize the rural peasants in resistance to the Japanese, Mao found himself in a position to exploit the disorganization of the Chinese Nationalist government, against whom he had been fighting a civil war since 1927.
The United States had withdrawn its forces and diplomatic influence from China, and the Soviet Union was helping the CCP in the north, so Mao decided to launch open warfare against the government, eventually outmaneuvering Nationalist armies and cutting off their supplies.
The Nationalist government went into exile in China, and Mao proclaimed the inauguration of the People’s Republic of China in October of 1949.
After assuming dictatorial control of China through his office as Chairman of the Chinese Communist Party, Mao showed that he was much more effective as a revolutionary than as a stable administrator. His entire career as Chairman was spent starting one mini-revolution after another, as he cultivated fear and suspicion among the Chinese people and repeatedly enacted doomed, grandiose plans:
New Society (1949-1952)
Korean War (1950-54)
Hundred Flowers Campaign (1956-57)
Great Leap Forward (1958-62)
Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution (1966-76)
Near the end of his life (and no doubt in response to the catastrophic failures of the Cultural Revolution), Mao agreed to a diplomatic meeting with US President Richard Nixon at a summit brokered by Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and Mao’s second-in-command, Premier Zhou Enlai.
At the time this seemed like a remarkable bi-lateral diplomatic breakthrough—but with nearly fifty years of hindsight (and Kissinger still alive and well) it seems to have been China’s initiation into the club of Global Elite.
Historians may take the rest of this century unraveling the means
by which a thoroughly incompetent, fantastically corrupt, and incomprehensibly brutal society not only moved into the top tier of world powers, but became the exemplary model for development and statecraft in the 21st century.
We can only hope that historians are actually allowed to do that, but if China continues on its present trajectory, historians will be about as free to discuss China’s real contemporary history as scientists and doctors are now to question the efficacy of the Covid Vaccine.
I would venture to say that China has been enjoying the sponsorship of the global elites for many decades now and has entered into a mutually satisfying relationship—under the grand modernizing visions of Mao’s successor Deng Xiaoping—with them.
Xi Jinpeng, the current president of China, who wields more executive authority than even Mao Zedong ever dreamed of, has clearly expressed his intention to make China the world’s dominant state of the 21st century.
It goes without saying that in aspiring for this goal, he has had the full support and enthusiastic cooperation of the global media, finance sector, entertainment and sports industries, the World Health Organization, the World Economic Forum, international academic community, the United Nations—in short—all those entities that some commonly refer to as the “Deep State.”
The high likelihood of China’s hegemony over the world in coming years invites us to consider a number of other questions—and perhaps we can discuss these in the Q and A later, but I want to leave plenty of time for my co-panelists:
1. Have we finally come to the end of the modern age of Enlightenment?
2. Is this in fact the Dawn of a Chinese Century? Or . . .
3. Is China the next pawn in a larger chess game of global consolidation?
It is not difficult for members of the Vietnamese community to envision a future that holds only the promise of oppression, dispossession, and the destruction of culture—for Americans, who have enjoyed two-hundred and fifty years (of steady progress, the idea of the utter destruction of our way of life seems unthinkable. Even more unthinkable, personally, is the fact that we seem to be embracing it with such enthusiasm.
So, to answer the question “How did Communism Take Over Vietnam,” we have to remember that Communism (Marxism) is little more than a vocabulary for revolution and a strategy for creating classes of irredeemable “oppressors” and virtuous “victims” of history.
It has arguably always been a tool of globalist elites, and its operations seem designed to collapse all world systems and place the assets of a planet into the hands of a small committee of international masters. The free peoples of the world have been fighting an unseen enemy for a very long time.

Chủ đề của bài thuyết trình ngắn gọn này là chủ nghĩa Mao (Maoism) - trong khung cảnh chủ đề hội nghị của chúng ta, "Cộng sản đã chiếm Việt Nam như thế nào?". Tất nhiên, đây là một câu hỏi hay, mời gọi chúng ta đặt vài câu hỏi về cách nào mà một triết lý Thời Đại Kỹ Nghệ Âu Châu đã bén rễ trong nhiều xã hội nông nghiệp ở Á Châu, nhưng mời gọi chúng ta xem xét những câu hỏi lớn hơn, là liệu Chủ Nghĩa Cộng Sản, hoặc một số tiện nghi hậu-kỹ-nghệ có can dự vào một dự án sẽ chiếm toàn bộ thế giới ?
Vì vậy, trước tiên chúng ta nên hỏi:
1) Chủ Nghĩa Cộng Sản tới Châu Á ra sao?
Trả lời cho câu hỏi này sẽ cho chúng ta thấy cách nào Trung Quốc thực sự mở cửa cho chủ nghĩa cách mạng Marxism ở Á châu, từ đó cho những kẻ theo chủ nghĩa Marxist quốc tế đã sử dụng Trung Quốc như một căn cứ hoạt động cho cuộc cách mạng toàn cầu, bao gồm cả Đại Hàn, và dĩ nhiên có Việt Nam?
Vì vậy, câu hỏi nóng bỏng hôm nay — cho tất cả chúng ta, không chỉ đối với những ai quan tâm đến Việt Nam, là
2) Mối liên hệ giữa Chủ Nghĩa Cộng Sản và cái mà chúng ta gọi là chủ nghĩa toàn cầu “Nhà Nước Ngầm” là gì vậy?
Trước nhất, chúng ta cần biết rằng mặc dù Chủ Nghĩa Marx xuất phát từ châu Âu hồi thế kỷ 19, nhưng nó là một hệ tư tưởng cách mạng rất dễ thích ứng. Luận điểm căn bản của học thuyết Marx về lịch sử là rằng Lịch Sử là một cuộc đấu tranh giai cấp giữa Kẻ Áp Bức và Người Bị Áp Bức.
Vào thời của Karl Marx, Những Kẻ Áp Bức (Oppressor) là giai cấp buôn bán, chuyên nghiệp, sở hữu tiền bạc của cải, gọi là Giai Cấp Tư Sản (Bourgeoisie). Những Người bị Áp Bức (the Oppressed) là giai cấp công nhân kỹ nghệ mới nổi lên, được gọi là Giai Cấp Vô Sản (Proletariat).
Marx đã hình dung một trận chiến cách mạng quyết liệt cuối cùng giữa hai giai cấp này, về cái mà ông ta gọi là “Phương Tiện Sản Xuất” (means of production), là thực sự đề cập tới cách thức tạo ra của cải kinh tế, và do đó bị kiểm soát bởi quyền lực chính trị.
Khi Lenin lên kế hoạch và tiến hành cuộc Cách Mạng Nga (với sự giúp đỡ của cộng đồng tài chánh tư bản Tây phương), chữ nghĩa bị sửa đổi cho cuộc đấu tranh cách mạng (revolutionary struggle), bởi vì nước Nga không có giai cấp tư sản mạnh mẽ, cũng chẳng có đông đảo giai cấp vô sản.
Theo chủ nghĩa Lênin, Những Kẻ Áp Bức là Giai Cấp Tư Sản tân tiến ở Âu Châu (và khối người tồn tại từ đế quốc Nga), và những Người bị Áp Bức là một Đảng Bolshevik ủng hộ một giai cấp vô sản không-hiện-hữu, chủ động cuộc cách mạng. Quý vị thấy đấy, không cần biết là dù có hay không có điều kiện lịch sử cho cuộc cách mạng Marxist—điều quan trọng là có khát vọng cách mạng và khả năng đặt tên Những Kẻ Áp Bức và Nạn Nhân.
Về khát vọng cách mạng ở Trung Quốc, chúng ta biết là chính quyền nhà Thanh đã bị lật đổ vào năm 1911, nhưng bởi vì đó là kết quả của một cuộc binh biến, khi ấy chẳng có chính phủ hay đảng phái nào sẵn sàng thay thế thể chế đế quốc.
Giới trí thức ở Trung Quốc bị giằng co, không biết Trung Quốc nên theo hướng nào. Một số ít người rất mong muốn tiếp tục hệ thống Đế Quốc, và người ta tranh luận sôi nổi là liệu Trung Quốc có nên áp dụng mô thức Khai Sáng của Tây phương, kiểu chủ nghĩa tư bản dân chủ hay không.
Với sự bùng nổ của Thế Chiến Thứ Nhất, giới lãnh đạo Trung Hoa càng thêm nghi ngờ chủ nghĩa tự do cấp tiến phương Tây, lập luận rằng có vẻ như mọi thứ nó mang tới cho thế giới là sự bóc lột kinh tế, chủ nghĩa đế quốc, bất công, và chiến tranh.
Ngay cả Nhật Bản dù hoàn toàn Tây phương hóa, cũng thuộc nhóm những kẻ áp bức theo chủ nghĩa đế quốc, và trong thế chiến, Nhật đã có ý đồ phá bỏ chủ quyền của Trung Quốc với Hai-Mươi-Mốt Yêu Cầu danh tiếng. Càng tệ hơn, sau thế chiến, các cường quốc Tây phương đã trao cho Nhật Bản những lãnh thổ của Trung Quốc mà từng bị người Đức đô hộ, và từ chối thêm vào một Điều Khoản về Bình Đẳng Chủng Tộc trong hiệp ước hòa bình Versailles.
Theo đó, sau khi Trung Quốc miễn cưỡng ký Hiệp Ước Versailles, sinh viên Trung Hoa đã xuống đường biểu tình phản đối Hiệp Ước này — cuộc biểu tình này đánh dấu sự ra đời của một đảng cộng sản có tổ chức (organized) và hoạt động ở Trung Quốc. Các giáo sư và nhà báo lãnh đạo đảng này tin rằng Chủ Nghĩa Cộng Sản có thể mang lại cho Trung Quốc một Đường Lối Thứ Ba, qua tình trạng khó xử của việc khôi phục đế quốc và chủ nghĩa tự do tân tiến.
Mao Trạch Đông, con trai một gia đình nông dân giàu có, gia nhập đảng khi còn là thiếu niên, và áp dụng công thức mới của cuộc cách mạng Marxist đã được Li Dazhao diễn giải trước đó, rằng theo chủ nghĩa cộng sản ở Trung Quốc, Kẻ Áp Bức là cộng đồng tự do quốc tế, từ các quốc gia tự do khai phóng, có nền kinh tế giàu mạnh và chính trị ổn định. Và bên Bị Áp Bức thì đơn giản chính là Trung Quốc —cụ thể là tầng lớp nông dân Trung Hoa.
Mao khác với những kẻ theo học thuyết Mác khi nó mới du nhập vào Trung Quốc, ở chỗ ông ta tin chắc là sức mạnh của chủ nghĩa cộng sản Trung Hoa có thể tìm thấy ở tập thể nông dân nông thôn, hơn là công nhân thành thị.
Mao nổi bật từ 1927 khi bắt đầu tổ chức các cộng đồng kiểu Soviet nơi miền trung Trung Quốc, trên lãnh thổ quê hương ông ta là Tỉnh Hồ Nam. Là nhà cách mạng không khoan nhượng, Mao đã hệ thống hóa, tái tổ chức chữ nghĩa theo Marxism, để thích ứng với hoàn cảnh của địa chủ nông thôn ở Trung Quốc.
Ông ta giữ lập trường kiên định về bản chất hiền lương của nông dân Trung Quốc — và bản chất hiểm ác của giới địa chủ. Mao nói "Cách Mạng không phải là một bữa Tiệc Tối, hay viết luận văn, vẽ tranh hay thêu thùa”; “nó không thể tuyệt mỹ, rất nhàn nhã và nhẹ nhàng, rất ôn hòa, tử tế, lịch sự, hạn chế và rộng lượng”. “Cách mạng là một cuộc nổi dậy, một hành động bạo lực, mà một giai cấp này lật đổ giai cấp kia”.
Sau Thế Chiến Hai, khi Đảng Cộng sản Trung Quốc tiếp tục tổ chức nông dân ở nông thôn kháng chiến chống người Nhật, Mao nhận thấy có lợi thế khai thác sự thiếu tổ chức của phe chính phủ Trung Hoa Quốc Gia, mà ông ta đã chống họ trong cuộc nội chiến từ 1927.
Hoa Kỳ khi ấy đã rút quân đội ra khỏi Trung Quốc cùng ảnh hưởng ngoại giao, Liên Xô thì giúp Trung Cộng ở phía bắc, vì vậy Mao quyết định phát động chiến tranh công khai chống chính phủ, dần dà vượt qua quân đội Quốc Gia và cắt đứt tiếp liệu của họ.
Chính phủ Quốc Gia bị lưu vong ở Trung Quốc, và Mao tuyên bố khánh thành nước Cộng Hòa Nhân Dân Trung Quốc vào Tháng 10 năm 1949. Sau khi nắm quyền kiểm soát độc tài ở Trung Quốc qua chức vụ Chủ tịch Đảng Cộng sản Trung Quốc, Mao cho thấy ông ta là một nhà cách mạng hiệu quả hơn nhiều, so với vai trò một chuyên gia điều hành ổn định.

Gần cuối đời (và không còn nghi ngờ gì nữa, là do bởi những thất bại thảm khốc của Cách Mạng Văn Hóa), Mao đồng ý gặp gỡ ngoại giao với Tổng Thống Hoa Kỳ Richard Nixon tại một hội nghị thượng đỉnh, trung gian bởi ngoại trưởng Henry Kissinger và thủ tướng Chu Ân Lai ở vị trí số hai trong Đảng.
Vào thời điểm đó, có vẻ như đấy là một bước đột phá ngoại giao tay-đôi đáng chú ý — nhưng với nhận thức muộn màng gần 50 năm (và Kissinger vẫn sống khỏe), có vẻ như từ đó Trung Quốc bắt đầu gia nhập vào nhóm Thượng Lưu Toàn Cầu.

of this Vietnam Forum for the honor of appearing here in the distinguished company of Professor Ky and Professor Cunningham, whom I had the honor of appearing with, at a previous Forum.
It is especially an honor to be in the presence of these professors who have been patriots and freedom fighters against the global Communist Revolution for many decades. Professor Ky saw firsthand the brutal, murderous reality of Communism in North Vietnarn, then experienced it again in South Vietnam.
When he escaped to America, however, he hadn't truly escaped communism, because, of course, it is virulently alive here, especially in our education system. This has been evident for decades in our colleges and universities, but more recently in our elementary, junior high, and high schools. Professor Cunningham is well aware of this, having been in the center of the Marxist revolution in academia.
Many of you here, likewise, escaped the communist genocide, imprisonment and indoctrination in Vietnam, and made it here to freedom in America. And many of you fought in the Armed Services of the United States against the communists in Vietnam, and returned to an America that was still free, but was (and still is) battling the communist strategy of "revolution within the form”, rather than violent revolutionary overthrow.
"Revolution within the form” is an evolutionary process that maintains much of the outer form of institutions and traditions--while surreptitiously, subversively changing the content and meaning of words, definitions, and laws. While at the same time introducing contrary new words, concepts, ideas and laws that gradually, but fundamentally, change our way of life. (Slide1)
Americans and people the world over rejoiced over the removal of the Berlin Wall and the supposed "collapse of Communism" in the early 1990s. But many of us said, "Wait a minute! Don't celebrate too soon! Communism isn't dead! In fact, communism is very much alive! And not only in China, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Cuba, and Venezuela - and not only on our college campuses."
In The New American magazine and on our website, speeches, books and podcasts, we have repeatedly pointed out the very significant fact that despite supposedly no longer being communist, Russia has been run for the past 22 years by top KGB agent Vladimir Putin, first as prime minister then president, then prime minister and now president again. Also, very significantly, during all this time, Russia and China have continued and even greatly increased their ties in military, economic, scientific, technological, energy, space, and trade cooperation.
It is a continuity and an escalation of the SinoSoviet conspiracy for global conquest that we witnessed for decades during the Cold War. The American media have concealed this growing threat from the American people. And even the conservative media have largely ignored this. (Slide3)
Recently, even liberals in the "mainstream" media have expressed alarm at Russia and China flexing their military muscle in joint Army exercises in August (Slide4)
and just recently this month (Slide5)
joint naval exercises in the Pacific aimed at intimidating Taiwan, Japan, and the U.S. (Slide 6)
Even more alarm has sounded this past 2 weeks with China's testing of a hypersonic missile that our intelligence agencies claim they had no idea China was capable of fielding. (Slide7)
Now, no nation can afford to ignore a military threat such as this, but I submit that this military threat is far less dangerous and imminent than the Communist "Revolution within the form" that has been subverting America for decades and has charged ahead full-throttle under the new fraudulently-elected regime of Joe Biden.
China and Russia do not have to attack us militarily, we are being delivered into their hands by enemies within. They do not have to invade us, we are rushing into communism out of fear, like lemmings, rushing toward our own destruction.(Slide8)
A MIRROR IMAGE OF CHINA’S COMMUNIST SOCIETY
Consider, in just one year we have experienced a revolution that is transforming us into a mirror image of China's communist society. It would have been unbelievable, unimaginable in 2019 that we would see such a horrendous transformation of our nation so rapidly. And not only us, but THE WHOLE WORLD (Slide 11)
The entire planet has been subjected to new dictatorial "emergency" rule by politicians, bureaucrats and medicrats. This is unprededented, global "revolution within the form"; a worldwide LOCKDOWN, with governments at all levels assuming tyrannical powers like mini Mao Zedongs.
The rule of law, sacred constitutions, have been swept aside by permanent "emergency" powers, which we are reminded incessantly, is for our own good to protect us against a deadly pandemic. A "pandemic," by the way, which came from Communist China and which has, for most age groups, a better than 99% survival rate.
Literally overnight, American society began emulating Communist China. Tens of millions of Americans donned face masks at the command of "health" bureaucrats operating under the command of Anthony Fauci, the CDC, and the UN's World Health Organization. (Slide09)Even our very young children, who are at negligible risk from COVID, are forced to endure these physically and psychologically harmful masking edicts. (Slide10)
"Socialist Distancing" rules command that we stay at least 6 feet apart.(Slide09)
Our central planners want to take us to the next step, COVID Health Passports, as we see in these pictures from China, where everyone must have a QR code on their smart phone showing their vaccine status in order to work, travel, shop, or appear anywhere in public.(Slide12) And, as you notice, everyone must stand in line to have the temperature gun put on their forehead. How chillingly symbolic.
Another step many of our central planners intend to implement is adoption of the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) "social credit system." The total surveillance state, as you see here in China's facial recognition program, which aims to monitor everyone 24/7.n program, which aims to monitor everyone 24/7 (Slide 13)
This Orwellian 1984 system has been built with technology provided by American Big Tech companies. China is their testing ground, because Chinese citizens have no rights; they have no right to privacy and no recourse against the allpowerful CCP. (Slide14)
You, no doubt, have noticed the accelerated installation of government cameras in public places in recent years. This is another emulation of Communist China, another revolution within the form. In fact, it should be troubling to Americans to learn that we have a higher per capita installation of public cameras here in the United States than Communist China.
Most disturbing of all, and our most imminent threat, are the maniacal efforts by politicians, the media, and Big Business to force all Americans - and all populations worldwide - to submit to taking a series of experimental injections they call vaccines, in violation of all science, established medical practice, medical ethics, moral choice, federal law, the U.S. and state constitutions, the Nuremberg Code, and common sense.
Now, I am not a physician. I am not a virologist, epidemiologist, or scientist of any sort. I am an investigative journalist, a writer, editor, and researcher. So I will summon here an abbreviated honor roll of eminent experts who are challenging this dangerous rush toward dictatorship and mass annihilation under the guise of "science." (Slide 15)
No, "Saint" Anthony Fauci, the CDC, and the World Health Organization, are not - and SHOULD NOT BE - the final word on health and science.

This is unprecedented, for acknowledged world experts, many of whom were previously celebrated in the major media-- now being blacklisted and muzzled because they oppose the dangerous, bogus "science" of the CCP, the CDC, and the WHO. They deviate from the Party line.
And there would be countless thousands more physicians, scientists, and health professionals speaking out, if not for the "revolution within the form" over the past few decades, in which the federal government and major foundations have corrupted our science and medical establishments with funding.
Like the CCP, the Gates, Rockefeller, Ford, Carnegie, and other big foundations, along with the federal government now enforce conformity and dispense lies.
MASSIVE LIES IN THE COVID MEDICAL DICTATORSHIP
There are so many lies involved in the evolving COVID Medical Dictatorship that I have time here only to briefly touch on one that is extremely important and demonstrable. We are told that the experimental injections are effective against COVID and are safe and cause no serious side effects. However, the CDC's own data belies that claim. (Slide34)
As this CDC table shows, as of October 15, there have been 970,385 injuries or "adverse events" from COVID jabs (falsely called "vaccines") reported to the VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System)
970,385 ! That is HUGE ! Vaccines in the past have been shut down with only a tiny fraction of this onslaught. But this is only a small part of the story because (Slide) the real number of adverse events, including deaths, are 100 times higher than VAERS count, says HHS study " ... fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported".

This means that the real numbers are a hundred times higher or MORE. TRUE Vaccine injuries are not the already alarming 970,385 but Ninety seven (97) million! The number of hospitalizations is over 8 million. And the number of deaths from the vaccines is 1.7 million! (Slide36)
It's staggering!
Let's quickly look at another massive lie: the origin of the SARS COV2 novel coronavirus. Until recently it was strictly verboten to even suggest that the virus that is communizing the world could have originated in the CCP's Wuhan Virology Lab. An important letter signed by more than 2 dozen eminent virologists appeared in February 2020 in the prestigious medical journal, The Lancet, denouncing as wild "conspiracy theories" any thought that the virus could have originated in the Wuhan lab (Slide 38).
As Dr. Mercola points out in this article, 26 of 27 Scientists Who wrote the letter Published in The Lancet Calling COVID Lab Leak Theory a 'Conspiracy Theory' Have Ties to Wuhan Lab.(Slide39)
Most importantly, it has since been revealed that Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Francis Collins, National Institutes of Health director, orchestrated this letter and its publication. Why? Well it was a crucial part of their coverup that they had been illegally funding the "gain of function" research at the Wuhan Lab. And Saint Anthony Fauci lied under oath - criminally perjured himself - about this in testimony before the U.S. Senate. (Slide 40)
Fauci and Collins work closely with Dr. Tedros Adhanom, the UN's, World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General, an Ethiopian communist who is completely in the pocket of the CCP - and Bill Gates. (Slide41)
Let's look at a few of the major accomplishments
of the revolution within the form over the past 18 months. (Slide42)
THE COMMUNIST WAR
The communist war on religion. Churches have been shut down all over the world for the first time in history - while casinos and Big Box stores remained open (Slide42)
The communist war on private property and capitalism. Over a million small businesses and tens of millions of jobs were destroyed, while major corporations were deemed "essential" (Slide43)
The communist war on Trump. President Donald Trump, the first U.S. president to reverse the pro-Communist China policies of both Democrat and Republican administrations, was removed from office and replaced by pro-Beijing "China Joe" Biden. (Slide44)
Well known, life-saving drugs such as Hydroxychloroquine and lvermectin have been demonized and denied to COVID patients despite world-renowned authorities pressing for their use. Instead we are subjected to experimental, dangerous injections by Big Pharma (Slide45)
Worldwide, we are being turned into a global police state as the police are being directed against COVID Lockdown and Vaccine Mandate protests while allowing communist rioters to carry out mayhem and destruction
Now, all of this and more is happening not because Xi Jinping and the CCP are so brilliant and powerful. As I mentioned before this is happening because of betrayal, treason from within. Many of the world's wealthiest and most powerful billionaires have been working hand in hand with the Chinese communists for decades (Slide 46)

And we could show hundreds more. These are globalists. They are building what they call the New World Order, a world government unencumbered by checks and balances and restrictions on government powers. (Slide49)
This is plainly seen at the World Economic Forum, where the world's billionaires and politicians fly in on their private jets to lecture the rest of us on reducing our lifestyles and empowering government to save the planet. This is World Economic Forum founder Klaus Schwab greeting CCP dictator Xi Jinping at the Forum (Slide50)
Klaus Schwab, WEF Chairman wants to completely "reset" the world. And the World Economic Forum has set out this completely totalitarian plan in Schwab's book "Covid 19: The Great Reset" (Slide 51)
This RESET calls for totally transforming the world - economically, politically, socially, and spiritually. Under the guidance of the all-wise, all-virtuous globalist elites - including communist mass-murderers!
GOD IS ALL POWERFUL
None of this is new. I detailed the plans for this in my 1992 book “Global Tyranny Step by Step: The United Nations and the emerging New World Order”. And in my later book, “The United Nations exposed”. As an accredited journalist at the United Nations for more than three decades (30 years), I witnessed much of this first hand - at the UN and various globalist conferences around the world. And indeed it does appear to be futile to resist its seeming omnipotence. But, like the evil Lord Sauron in Lord of the Rings, the Borg is far from all-powerful. And resistance is never futile in the face of tyranny.
In fact, for all Christians, and all liberty minded people, resistance to this evil satanic tyranny is a duty, and obligation. Yes, the forces arrayed against us are worldly powerful. But only GOD is all-powerful, and he and his legions of angels will help us IF we are faithful and true.
Aristotle observed that "People do not easily change, but love their own ancient customs; and it is by small degrees only that one thing takes the place of another; so that the ancient laws will remain, while the power will be in the hands of those who have brought about a revolution in the state.."

The Chinese Plan of Conquest of Vietnam
The Chinese conquest of Vietnam had been a long process that spread out in three periods of time and were marked by momentous events. Ever since the moment he took over the main land, Mao had the official map of Vietnam included as an integral part of Chinese territory.
Hồ was fully aware of that, and did nothing in opposition. In Hồ’s view, national sovereignty is important for a bourgeois only. As a Communist, Hồ could trade national sovereignty for long term political power once Communism win Vietnam, thanks to Mao assistance.
Power is an ultimate objective of any communist leader. Once the ultimate objective is defined, it will justify any means that serve his objective. This explains what happended through episodes below.
1/ The first episode started at the end of 1949 when Mao Tse-Tung defeated Chiang Kai-Shek. Mao gave Hồ troops, advisers, training, hardware, firepower, and manpower to defeat the French in the Border Campaign in May 1950.
That was step one, leading to step two of imposing Mao’s leadership on the Viet Minh military and political structure, through the Central Party Committee down to lower level. How did Mao do it?
a/Thought Control At the Second Party Congress, December 1951: a hundred percent of Party members voted by hand to approve a new article in the Party constitution, declaring the Vietnam Workers Party’s acceptance of Mao’s thought as its foundation, if not to say the Viet Minh constitution.
Once Hồ’s subjects were brought under strong control, the Chinese would be well positioned to control them indirectly through the manipulation of Hồ leadership.
b/Hồ’s lieutenants religiously complied with any “suggestions” given by Chinese comrade advisers. A system of thought control was set up across the country to brainwash Hồ’s lieutenants, political and military cadres, to get rid of their former tradition and system of values, condemned as bourgeoisie. The cancel-culture process spread across the leadership structure, and deep down to lower level cadres.
After being brainwashed, Hồ cadres went through the process of indoctrination which implanted a new system of values on the mind of Hồ’s cadres. This successfully converted the cadres along a new model of loyalty and allegiance.
Mao’s used class warfare as the preferred weapon to implement social justice as an example to measure the credibility and loyalty of Hồ’s cadres. The name of the game was the bloody Land Reform in preparation for the battle of Dien Bien Phu.
The Land Reform help terrorizing the population, keeping them in control, consolidating material resources to be used in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign, which was under Mao’s leadership, executed by both Chinese and Vietnamese soldiers. The success of Mao’s Dien Bien Phu led to the Geneva Accord.
2/ The second episode, after the Geneva Accord that partitioned the country into North Vietnam and South Vietnam across the 17th Parallel. This period marked the build up of Chinese influence wider and deeper into the Vietnamese Communist Party.
The Land Reform was resumed in 1955 and 1956 marked an earth shaking period of atrocity in the history of calamity for Vietnam. Basically, this began the consolidation of dictatorship through collectivization of all private properties and collectivization of all economic activities.
The second episode also marked the Chinese assistance in preparation for the War of liberation of South Vietnam. In addition to supply of firearms, road building across North Vietnam into Northern Laos, prepared Chinese ability to access in cases of military intervention into Indochina. In the mean time, the pro Mao elements were strongly in control of North Vietnam.
After the Coup d’état in Saigon in November 1963, the pro-Mao members were in control of the Vietnamese Communist Party, leading to the Resolution No. 9, in support of stepping up the military expedition into South Vietnam.
During this episode, massive amount of military aid were given to North Vietnam, in terms of firearms, heavy artillery, rockets, and anti-aircraft artillery. On the other hand, more than 300,000 Chinese soldiers were brought into North Vietnam under the guise of construction and transportation engineers. The Chinese military assistance to Hanoi and the American intervention in Vietnam led to a stalemate.
The Chinese ability to control North Vietnamese affairs ended in the 1967-1968 period when the Pro-Mao members in the Politburo decided to switch their allegiance to Moscow, even while the Pro-Moscow members were being out of power and many of them were persecuted.
The reason was competition for power over Communist Cambodians. In 1979, China gave Hanoi a lesson through a brief invasion causing heavy losses on both sides. For several years, the bloody military conflicts flared up several times.
The animosity between the two countries never seemed to end, until when, unexpectedly, the Soviet Union weakened and finally crumbled. Power struggle ended up to be the main issue for the Communists, more that ideology.
3/ The third episode. After the Eastern European countries, one by one, said goodbye to Communism, Peking and Hanoi got an wake-up call when the Soviet Union bogged down in Afghanistan.
In mid 1990, Hanoi had to send a top level delegation to China, and begged with China for emergency action in view of the potential collapse of international Communism, starting with the Soviet Union. Again, power was an ultimate issue for these Communist tyranies.
Hanoi’s predicament. After 1975, despite two decades of peace, and billions of international aids given to Hanoi, the Vietnamese Communists failed to rebuild and liberalize the country. Instead, they impoverished and persecuted the people under their control.
Around a million South Vietnamese were put in concentration camps as a result of the policy of revenge against former South Vietnamese who resisted Communist invaders. The Socialist Republic of Vietnam expropriated people of their private property, their farming lands, their houses in the city. Hundreds of thousand of city dwellers were replaced by North Vietnamese invaders and were sent to the countryside as loborers.
Millions of South Vietnamse had been discriminated. The victors ignored their promises of freedom, democracy, and reconciliation. Winners won absolute power, and bred injustices, oppressions and corruptions, disregarded all civil rights of the South Vietnamese citizens. Hundreds of thousands of boat peoples fled the country in search of freedom, and only ended up at the bottom of the ocean.
Hanoi’s ambition in Indochina brought hundreds of thousands of South Vietnamese conscripts to serve the North Vietnamese army in the invasion of Cambodia (Kampuchia). Thousands of them died in an inconclusive war with Cambodia.
The military expedition failure was part of the reasons for massive hungers, popular dissension, disastrous economic crisis, all combined to spell a possible collapse of Communist Vietnam. This happened between 1989 and 1992 when the Soviet Union said good-bye to the world, and Communist Vietnam was in the most desperate dilemma that threatened the survival of Hanoi.
To save the Communist regime, there were two possible solutions. Obviously, the United States under the Clinton administration was bent on helping Hanoi out of the quagmire.
That was a first possibility.
The second solution for Hanoi was to bet on China, the remaining Communist power in the World. After lengthy debates within the Vietnamese Communist leadership, a decision was taken: Hanoi would prefer to kowtow China rather than tango with the United States.
Why did Hanoi do away with a tentative alliance with the United States? This would be a gamble and a risky adventure, depending on who is in the White House. Some may be less stringent and wishy-washy about Communist persecutions and dictatorship, while others may be very demanding on real democratic practices in Vietnam, which would be a terror for the Communist leadership.
Any true practice of democracy would surely cut short the longivity of Communism and to end tyrany. That’s why the moto is “The Party is a guaranty for our perpetuity” (Còn Đảng còn minh). They surely refused to take risk. Down with the American card, they decided.
The Chinese card: The debates within the Party leadership finally decided that national sovereignty must be second to the survival of the Party. In other word, submission to Chinese supremacy would be the best guarantee for the Vietnamese Communist Party to maintain their power and supremacy over the desperate Vietnamese citizens.
This was the reasoning by the pro-Chinese faction who won the vital debate. How did this happened? As a consequence of the meeting in Cheng Du, the Chinese used money and sex to compromise and buy a number of top Vietnamese Communist leaders, and used them as a transmission mechanism to steer Hanoi policy in a way favorable to Chinese interests.
This was the beginning of the Chinese geopolitical attempt to gradually turn Communist Vietnam into an autonomous state of China like Mongolia, Tibet, and Manchuria. How that would happen is a matter of ramification.
First step: blurring China-Vietnam border (already done) allowing Chinese free entry into Vietnam without visa ;
Second step: populating Vietnam with special economic zones with Chinese troops disguised as civilian (already done);
Third: providing Chinese monopoly in planting Chinese corporations in Vietnam;
Fourth, Chinese language course is now compulsory in Vietnamese schools; Fifth, special status for the Chinese zones, where Vietnamese polices have no control. And more.
That was briefly the China Plan to Conquer Vietnam.

After the fall of South Vietnam, Ky eventually settled in Atlanta, Georgia USA with his wife and three sons. Professor Ky Quy Vu taught Physics & Math at DeVry Technical University for 35 years and retired in 2014.
His book, “The Viet-Nam Upheaval” newly published reflects his own experiences and his fellow countrymen, in the Vietnamese struggles during Vietnam War. This book offers an analysis of the strategies, tactics, and goals of the Vietnamese communists and nationalists during Vietnam War.

Kế Hoạch Trung Cộng Thôn Tính Việt Nam
Cuộc thôn tính Viet Nam là một kế hoạch đường dài, trải qua ba giai đoạn chính với những biến cố đáng ghi nhớ. Ngay từ khi thống nhất được nước Tàu, Mao Trạch Đông đã vẽ bản đồ Trung Cộng bao gồm Việt Nam là một phần đất của Tàu. Họ Hồ dư biết điều đó, nhưng không có hành động nào để chống lại. Tư tưởng của Hồ không coi chủ quyền quốc gia là quan trọng, và coi đó là một tư tưởng tiểu tư sản.
Là một người Cộng Sản, Hồ và đàn em của Hồ có thể đánh đổi chủ quyền quốc gia để đạt được quyền lực chính trị tối cao khi chủ nghĩa Cộng Sản thành công. Quyền lực chính trị là mục tiêu tối hậu của người Cộng Sản. Khi đã xác định được mục tiêu đó, Mọi phương tiện đều tốt nếu giúp đạt được mục tiêu nắm đượv quyền lực chính trị. Điều này giải thích tại sao họ Hồ và đàn em cuối cùng đã dâng nước Việt Nam cho Tàu qua từng giai đoạn trong lịch sử hiện đại.
1/ Giai đoạn một bắt đầu vào năm 1949 khi Mao Trạch Đông chiếm được Hoa Lục, và đã vội vã giúp cho Hồ: quân đội, cố vấn, vũ khí, và dân công đểđánh thắng trong chiến dịch Cao Bắc Lạng năm 1950. Đó là bước một, đưa đến bước hai nhằm đạt quyền lãnh đạo của Mao đối với Hồ và đàn em trong Trung Ương Đảng Cộng SảnViệt Nam, dưới danh xung đảng Lao Động.
Qua Hồ chính Minh, Mao xác định vai trò lãnh đạo, nhào nặn tư tưởng và kiểm soát hành vi của cán bộ Việt Cộng qua chương trình tẩy não (brainwashing) và nhồi sọ (indoctrination).
a/ Xác nhận vai trò lãnh đạo của Mao.
Trong đại hội 2 toàn Đảng Việt Cộng năm 1951, một trăm phần trăm đảng viên Cộng Sản Việt Nam biểu quyết, ngoài tư tưởng mác xít lê nin, thì tư tưởng Mao trong nội quy là tư tưởng chỉ đạo căn bản cho đảng của Hồ. Với biến cố nói trên toàn thể cán bộ đảng viên của Việt Cộng được đào tạo để biến thành cán bộ trung thành với Mao.
b/ Đào tạo cán bộ của Hồ theo tư tưởng Mao.
Với sự đào tạo nói trên, cán bộ chính trị cũng như quân sự của Hồ ngoan ngoãn tuân lệnh các cố vấn Tàu, trải qua nhiều đợt “tẩy não” để gột rửa những truyền cũ bị lên án là tiểu tư sản.
Cuộc gột rửa văn hóa cũ bao trùm các tầng lớp cán bộ từ trên cao nhất xuống đến thấp nhất. Sau khi đã bị tẩy não và nhồi sọ, các cán bộ của Hồ đã bị chuyển thành tín đồ trung thành và tin tưởng vào một hệ thống tín ngưỡng mới.
Vì giai đoạn này còn phải kháng chiến chống Pháp, còn đang cần phải đề cao tinh thần yêu nước, hơn là chủ nghĩa Quốc Tế, cho nên Hồ cẩn thận tạm cất đi những cái gì liên quan đến chủ nghĩa quốc tế, và chỉ bắt đầu với giai cấp đấu tranh, một thứ tư tưởng không dính dáng tới biên cương quốc gia. Với giai cấp đấu tranh, Mao và Hồ bắt đầu kế hoạch Cải Cách Ruộng Đất để chuẫn bị cho chiến dịch Điện Biên Phủ.
Cuộc Cải Cách ruộng đất ở Miền Bắc được giới hạn trong vùng an toàn do Cộng Sản kiểm soát chặt chẽ như tình Thái Nguyên và các tỉnh phụ cận. Do đó, mặc dầu cuộc cải cách ruộng đất gây chấn động trong vùng Việt Minh, nhưng tin tức về cuộc cải cách ruộng đất ít lọt ra bên ngoài. Tuy thế, trong vùng Việt Minh, cuộc cải cách ruộng đất lúc đó đã được coi là đẫm máu do cán bộ của Mao lãnh đạo và cán bộ của
Hồ thì tuân hành chỉ thị của cán bộ Mao. Giai đoạn cải cách đẫm máu ngắn này đã đem lại một số kết quả mà Mao và Hồ mong muốn:
Thứ nhất, chiếm lĩnh được một số lớn tiền bạc, lương thực và gạo, để chuẩn bị cho chiến dịch Điện Biên Phủ;
Thứ hai, rất nhiếu thanh niên, phụ nữ, sợ bị chết oan, nên vội tình nguyện gia nhập bộ đội, hoặc dân công, trong lúc chuẩn bị chiến dịch Điện Biên Phủ;
Thứ ba, mức độ tàn bạo của cán bộ Mao và Hồ khiến cho mọi người nín thở vì sợ, và không ai dám ho he chống đối.
Chiến dịch Điện Biên Phủ đánh dấu giai đoạn thứ nhất trong tiến trình xâm lấn một cách kín đáo vào Việt Nam.
2/ Gia Đoạn hai, bắt đầu từ sau Hiệp Định Geneve 1954, khi Việt Nam chia đôi ở vĩ tuyến 17. Giai đoạn này giúp Mao xâm nhập sâu hơn và rộng hơn vào trong đảng Việt Cộng. Mao và Hồ tiến hành cuộc Cải Cách Ruộng Đất lớn hơn và tàn bạo hơn trên khắp Miền Bắc.
Trên đại cương, cán bộ của Mao lãnh đạo cuộc Cải Cách, và cán bộ của Hồ thi hành chỉ thị của Mao. Khẩu hiệu của đấu tranh giai cấp là đạp đổ bất công của giai cấp giàu, lấy ruộng đất của người giàu chia cho người nghèo, để đem lại công bình xã hội.
Trên thực tế, cuộc đấu tranh của Mao và Hồ sử dụng giai cấp nghèo để tiêu diệt giai cấp giàu, chiếm hữu ruộng đất của giai cấp giàu trong cuộc phân chia ruộng đất trong một thời gian ngắn. Ngay sau đó, tất cả ruộng đất bị nhà nước tịch thu hết, và tất cả mọi người biến thành vô sản, thành người thợ phục vụ nhà nước trong các hợp tác xã.
Vậy, đấu tranh giai cấp chỉ là phương tiện trong giai đoạn giành giật quyền lực vào trong tay đảng Cộng Sản. Khi đã giành được quyền lực thì đảng CS trở thành giai cấp thống trị đọc tôn, và không ai có quyền đấu tranh giai cấp nữa.
Giai đoạn hai cũng đánh dấu sự chuẩn bị của Tàu Cộng để tiến chiến Nam Việt Nam qua kế hoạch Chiến Tranh Giải Phóng, Chiến Tranh Nhân Dân. Ngoài sự tiếp viện vũ khí, Trung Cộng giúp Hồ xây dựng những xa lộ chiến lược từ Bắc Việt chạy sang miền Bắc của nước Lào, để chuẩn bị cho những sự can thiệp quân sự sau này tại Đông Dương. Trong khi đó những phần tử thân Tàu trong đảng CSVN còn nắm quyền độc tôn ở Miền Bắc.
Sau cuộc đảo chính năm 1963 tại Sài gòn, nhóm CS thân Tàu tại Miền Bắc đã nắm được quyền lãnh đạo của đảng CSVN, và đưa ra Nghị Quyết 9 Trung Ương Đảng nhằm đánh dứt điểm tại Miền Nam bằng cách đem nhiều sư đoàn chính quy của Bắc Việt vào trong Nam. Trung Cộng viện trợ cho Bắc Việt hang triệu cũ khí cá nhân, vũ khí cộng đồng, đại pháo, hỏa tiến, và vũ khí phòng không. Mặc khác, hơn 300,000 lính Trung Cộng được đưa vào Việt Nam và trá hình dưới danh hiệu “chiến sĩ cầu đướng”.
Tàu Cộng tiếp tục điều khiển CS Miền Bắc cho tới khoảng 1967-1968, khi chính nhóm thân Mao nhìn thấy những bất lợi theo đường lối chiến tranh của Mao.
Do đó CSVN đã chuyển hướng và theo CS Mạc Tư Khoa. Tình trạng mâu thuẫn giữa CS Tàu và CS Việt Nam ngày càng trở nên gay gắt vì những tranh chấp ảnh hưởng quyền lực tại Miên và Lào sau khi chiếm được Miền Nam vào năm 1975.
3/ Giai đoạn Ba, sau khi các nước Đông Âu chia tay với Cộng Sản Liên Xô, Bắc Kinh và Hà Nội giật mình lo âu cho tương lai của khối Cộng Sản vì Liên Xô đang sa lầy ở A Phú Hãn. Giữa năm 1990, Hà Nội gửi một phái đoàn đầu lãnh (có cả Phạm Văn Đồng) sang họp hội nghị với Trung Cộng ở Thành Đô để hàn gắn những mâu thuẫn lớn giữa hai đảng Cộng Sản.
Một lần nữa, xây dựng và bảo vệ quyền lực là mục đính chính yếu của mọi đảng CS. Vì thế, sau khi Liên Xô thực sự sụp đổ vào năm 1992, Hà Nội cầu khẩn Bắc Kinh đứng ra cứu vãn khối Cộng Sản đang bị tan rã, vì lúc đó Bắc Kinh là chỗ dựa duy nhât có thể bảo đảm quyền lực cho đám CS đầu lãnh ở Hà Nội.
Thế lưỡng nan của Cộng Sản Hà Nội. Sau khi chiếm được Miền Nam, và sau hai chục năm được hưởng hòa bình, cùng với nhiều tỷ mỹ kim viện trợ từ quốc tế, đám đầu lãnh của CS Hà Nội chia nhau số tiền viện trợ, bỏ vào túi làm của riêng, và không hề lo xây dựng đất nước.
Chúng chiếm nhà cửa của dân, chúng đẩy dân lên vùng “kinh tế mới”, công hữu hóa ruộng đất. Hàng trăm ngàn dân chúng tại thành thị bị đẩy đi làm lao động không công tại nông thôn, với mục đích bần cùng hóa người dân.
CSVN bãi bỏ tất cả các lời hứa hẹn về công bình, tự do, dân chủ, và hòa hợp hòa giải. Sau khi chiếm được quyền lực tuyệt đối trong tay, CSVN tự do đàn áp, tham nhũng, gây khổ đau cho người dân đen vô tội.
Trong cuộc tranh chấp quyền lực với Trung Cộng, Hà Nội đẩy hàng trăm ngàn thanh niên sang xâm chiếm và chết ở Cao Miên. Đó là cuộc chiến tranh bị thế giới lên án. Trong giai đoạn 1989-1992 này, mộng bá quyền của CS Hà Nội đã đẩy CS Việt Nam tới bờ vực thẳm. Do đó, Hà nội phải tìm đường tự cứu ra khỏi thế lưỡng nan.
Muốn tự cứu đảng CS, Hà nội có hai giải pháp chính. Dĩ nhiên, Hoa Kỳ dưới thời Tổng Thống Clinton có khuynh hướng cứu Hà Nội ra khỏi sa lầy. Đó là một giải pháp cho Hà Nội. Giải pháp thứ hai là đặt cọc với Trung Cộng. Sau nhiều cuộc bàn cãi ở cấp lãnh đạo, giải pháp đi với Tàu đã được chọn là giải pháp tốt nhất.
Lý do chính khiến Hà Nội bỏ rơi giải pháp đi với Mỹ là lý do “còn đảng còn mình”. Đi với Mỹ thì không an toàn cho đảng. Tùy theo giới lãnh đạo Hoa Kỳ vào từng giai đoạn, có khi Hoa Kỳ dễ dãi đối với vấn đề đàn áp nhân quyền và vi phạm dân chủ, nhưng cũng có khi Hoa Kỳ đòi hỏi tôn trọng nhân quyền và cấm đàn áp. Đó là một đe dọa cho sự trường tồn của đảng CSVN. Đảng mất thì mình phá sản.
Đó là lý do chính khiến nhóm đầu lãnh ở Hà Nội quyết định làm con chó nhỏ sủa cắn theo lệnh của chủ nó ở Bắc Kinh. Sự sống còn của đảng CSVN là kim chỉ nam khiến Hà nội quyết tâm làm đầy tớ cho Tàu. Giải pháp này không đơn giản vì dân Việt Nam đã có một mối thù truyền kiếp đối với sự nội thuộc nước Tàu.
Vì thế, Bắc Kinh và Hà Nội đã phải tiến hành một diễn biến thật kiên nhẫn để che mắt người dân. Bắc Kinh đã dùng tay sai nắm những vai trò lãnh đạo then chốt của đảng CSVN, dùng tiền, quyền lực, và gái để mua chuộc, gài bẫy và đưa con mồi vào xiệc.
Những tay sai này đã đưa ra những chính sách chuyển dần Việt Nam từ một nước độc lập trở thành một nước tư trị như Nội Mộng, Tây Tạng và Tân Cương. Những tay sai này chính là những bộ phận chuyển lực để thực hiện kế hoạch của Bắc Kinh mà mọi người tưởng rằng đó là sự tự nguyện của dân Việt Nam, cho tới khi Việt Nam trở thành một tỉnh của Trung Cộng. Lúc đó, khi mọi người tỉnh cơn mê thì đã quá muộn.
Đó là tóm lược kế hoạch thôn tính Việt Nam của Trung Cộng.

The relationship between Saigon and Washington had been discussed and shown to be under strains in view of differences that existed in many key aspects of policy, strategy, and at many levels of human interaction. The alliance had been in “trial and error” mode in view of embarrassing gaffes and diplomatic bumps on the learning curve of both sides. The alliance had been founded on the assumption that both sides share the same vital interest in each other. The death of president Diệm was thought to help solve a political crisis. On the contrary, the crisis transformed itself into a totally chaotic situation that paralyzed national politics and brought about
a dramatic change in the Saigon – Washington alliance.
The three years (1963-1965) of political chaos in South Vietnam were accompanied by growing Communist insurgency resulting in the massive landing of American ground troops in South Vietnam together with the display of American airpower in North Vietnam. This was marked by the Gulf of Tonkin’s incident. After four years of haphazard actions and a squandered air war in North Vietnam, despite effective and successful ground war campaigns in South Vietnam (in this writer’s view based on research), Johnson ended up unable to articulate the arithmetic of pluses and minuses. Partly in view of his dismayed conduct of the air war, partly as a result of the unfair coverage by the media, and partly as a result of the anti-war movement, Johnson’s performance in Vietnam had been un-favorably reported in Chapters 12 and 13.
The Vietnam Conflict, under Johnson, unnecessarily divided and weakened the United States, politically as well as morally, probably worse than at any time the American people could remember in their history. A different war leader and a different group of advisers could well have made a great difference, regrettably.
